一、美国企业对特定闪蒸纺丝非织造材料及其下游产品提起337调查申请

2024年10月9日，美国DuPont de Nemours, Inc.、美国DuPont Safety & Construction, Inc.、美国DuPont Specialty Products USA, LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定闪蒸纺丝非织造材料及其下游产品（Certain Flash-Spun Nonwoven Materials and Products Containing Same）违反了美国337条款。

二、美国企业对特定电子眼镜及其组件和相关充电设备提起337调查申请

2024年10月11日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定光纤连接器、适配器、跨接电缆、跳线以及下游产品及组件（Certain Fiber-Optic Connectors, Adapters, Jump Cables, Patch Cords, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1399）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官作出的初裁（No.34）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告日本Senko Advance Co., Ltd. of Japan、美国Senko Advanced Components, Inc. of Hudson, MA的调查；本案调查终止。

2024年10月4日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年9月12日作出的初裁（No.33）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告中国台湾地区EZconn Corp. of Taiwan、中国江苏Changzhou Co-Net Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. of China常州科耐光电科技有限公司、中国湖南HuNan Surfiber Technology Co., Ltd. of China湖南速纤通信有限公司、中国广东Shenzhen UnitekFiber Solution Ltd. of China深圳市宇泰光电通信有限公司、中国广东Rayoptic Communication Co., Ltd. of China深圳市光顺通科技有限公司、美国Tripp Lite Holdings, Inc. of Woodridge, IL、美国Lcom, Inc. of North Andover, MA、美国Infinite Electronics, Inc. of Irvine, CA、美国Hubbell Premise Wiring, Inc. of Shelton, CT、美国Hubbell Inc. of Shelton, CT、爱尔兰Eaton Corp. of Ireland的调查。

2024年8月9日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年7月15日作出的初裁（No.21）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告日本Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. of Japan、美国Sumitomo Electric Lightwave Corp. of Raleigh, NC、美国Sumitomo Electric U.S.A., Inc. of Torrance, CA的调查。

2024年7月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年6月25日作出的初裁（No.15）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告美国FS.com Inc.of New Castle, DE的调查并发布同意令；对本案行政法官于2024年6月26日作出的初裁（No.16、17）不予复审，即分别基于同意令，终止对列名被告中国广东Shenzhen IH Optics Co., Ltd. of China深圳市毅宏光通信有限公司、德国Flexoptix GmbH of Germany调查并发布同意令。

2024年4月22日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定光纤连接器、适配器、跨接电缆、跳线以及下游产品及组件（Certain Fiber-Optic Connectors, Adapters, Jump Cables, Patch Cords, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1399）。

2024年3月22日，美国US Conec, Ltd. of Hickory, North Carolina向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,733,466、11,808,994、11,906,794、11,880,075、11,385,415、10,495,823），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
