一、美国ITC发布对电子烟油雾化器及其组件和下游产品的337部分终裁

2024年10月7日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子烟油雾化器及其组件和下游产品（Certain Oil Vaporizing Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1392）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年9月6日作出的初裁（No.20）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止本案对下列内容的调查：美国注册专利号11,369,756第2-3、6-9、11-17项申诉，美国注册专利号11,369,757第3-8、10-12、14、17-19项申诉，美国注册专利号11,766,527第2-3、6-9、12-16、19-20、24-25、27-29项申诉，美国注册专利号11,759,580第2-5、9、12-15、19项申诉。

2024年7月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年7月11日作出的初裁（No.11）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对美国注册专利号11,766,527第4、21项申诉的调查。

2024年2月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定电子烟油雾化器及其组件和下游产品（Certain Oil Vaporizing Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1392）。

2024年1月30日，美国PAX Labs Inc. of San Francisco, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,369,756、11,369,757、11,766,527、11,759,580），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

二、美国ITC发布对电子烟产品的337部分终裁

2024年9月23日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年8月28日作出的初裁（No.10）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告中国广东Kimsun Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. of China吉盛科技（惠州）有限公司的调查。

2024年7月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定电子烟产品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1410）。

2024年6月11日，美国RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc of Winston-Salem, NC、美国R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company of Winston-Salem, NC、美国R.J.
