On September 14, the Consulate General of the United Mexican States in Guangzhou held the celebration of Mexico's 208th independence anniversary in Guangzhou. Carlos Giralt, Consul-General of Mexico in Guangzhou, Ouyang Weimin, Vice Governor of Guangdong and other officials attended and addressed the reception.
