Department of International Relations

Function:

The Department of International Relations is in charge of the foreign affairs of CCPIT Guangdong. It is responsible for establishing relationships with foreign trade promotion agencies, inviting and receving trade delegations and building cooperation platform for economic and trade community from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas countries. It draws up the plans for delegations going abroad for official affairs and makes plans for major foreign activities, organizes business delegations commissioned by the provincial government to conduct economic and trade activities abroad to coordinate and plan and cooperate as a whole with work related with high rank visits. Major duties include:

- Establish overseas economic and trade representative offices for Guangdong;

- Keep contact with foreign economic and trade agencies;

- Fully conduct international economic and trade promotion activities;

- Issue the inbound letter of invitation for foreigners.
