Guangdong International Economic & Trade Service Center, which was approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and licensed by the Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce of the Guangdong Province, was established formally on April 28, 1993. The Center is a legal person entity and a subsidiary under China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangdong Sub-council.
 

Business Scope:

1.Entrusted by the foreign companies, we provide services for establishing their local offices in Guangdong Province. Approval Certificate will be obtained in 10 days when documents needed are collected, and the Registration Certificate will be obtained in another 10 days. Thus the representative office can come into operation.

2. Providing a “ package service ” for foreign-funded enterprises in their application and preparation phases, to go through all necessary procedures.

3. Organizing activity of economy and trade, foreign-funded enterprises to other provinces and cities for trade promotion.

4. Managing business talks, technical exchanges, trade fairs and press conferences.

5. Providing consulting services for domestic companies to set up branches abroad.

6. Editing and publishing “GUANGDONG ECONOMIC AND TRADE & BUSINESS INVITATION” (quarterly in Chinese and English) as well as advertising.

7. Supply information consultation & Marketing research.
